These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Davix H2I website, platform, API, integrations, account features, and related services operated by Davix Labs, operated by <FULL_LEGAL_NAME> (“Davix Labs”, “we”, “us”, or “our”).

By accessing or using Davix H2I, creating an account, obtaining an API key, purchasing a plan, or using any part of the service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the service.

1. About Davix H2I

Davix H2I is a media-processing service that provides backend capabilities through API access and supported integrations. Depending on your plan and usage, Davix H2I may allow you to render HTML into images or PDFs, process images, work with PDF files, and use related tools and utilities.

Davix H2I may be accessed through the website, API, WordPress plugin, n8n node, and other supported integration methods.

2. Eligibility and legal capacity

By using the service, you confirm that you are legally able to enter into these Terms under the laws that apply to you.

If you use Davix H2I on behalf of a business, organization, or other entity, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity to these Terms.

3. Accounts

To access certain features of Davix H2I, you may need to create an account.

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information when creating and maintaining your account. You are responsible for keeping your account information up to date.

You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account, except to the extent caused directly by our own failure to protect our systems.

We may suspend, restrict, or terminate accounts that contain false information, violate these Terms, create security risks, or are used in a way that harms the service or other users.

4. API keys

Davix H2I uses API keys to authenticate access to the public API and related services.

You are responsible for keeping your API key secure and confidential. You must not share your API key in a way that allows unauthorized use of your account or service access.

If you believe your API key has been exposed, leaked, or misused, you should regenerate it immediately through your account dashboard or contact support.

We take reasonable steps to protect API-key handling on our side, but you remain responsible for any activity performed using your account or API key where the exposure or misuse results from your own actions, environment, or disclosures.

We may disable, rotate, suspend, or revoke API access where necessary for security, operational, billing, abuse-prevention, or legal reasons.

5. Free and paid plans

Davix H2I may offer both free and paid plans.

The Free plan is available after account creation and is intended for testing, evaluation, and limited usage.

Paid plans may provide increased limits, higher processing capacity, and broader production use.

Current pricing, plan features, billing details, and plan comparisons are described on the relevant pricing or billing pages. We may update plans, features, prices, limits, and inclusions from time to time.

6. Billing and payments

Paid plans are billed on a monthly basis unless stated otherwise on the applicable pricing page.

Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store full payment card details on our own servers.

By purchasing a paid plan, you authorize the applicable payment provider to charge the fees associated with your selected plan and any applicable taxes or charges.

You are responsible for providing accurate billing information and keeping your payment method current.

If a payment fails or your account becomes overdue, we may restrict, suspend, or terminate paid access until payment is resolved.

7. Plan changes, cancellation, and renewal

You may upgrade, downgrade, or switch plans.

You may cancel your plan at any time.

If you cancel a paid plan, your current access remains active until the end of the current billing period, and the subscription will not renew after that period expires.

If you reach your plan limits, you may need to wait until the next billing cycle or upgrade to a higher plan, depending on the options available to you.

8. Refunds

Refunds are available within 7 days after purchase.

Refund eligibility may be denied where required by law or where abuse, fraud, repeated misuse of the refund policy, or other improper activity is reasonably suspected.

Where a refund is approved, access to the related paid plan may be downgraded, restricted, or removed accordingly.

9. Acceptable use

You may use Davix H2I only in compliance with these Terms and applicable law.

You must not use the service for unlawful, abusive, infringing, fraudulent, malicious, or harmful content or activity.

This includes, without limitation, using Davix H2I to:

violate any law or regulation
infringe intellectual property or other rights
process or distribute unlawful or fraudulent content
spread malware, malicious code, or harmful payloads
abuse, overload, disrupt, or interfere with the platform
attempt unauthorized access to our systems, other users, or protected areas
misuse the API, website, integrations, or outputs in a way that harms the service or others
bypass or attempt to bypass plan limits, access controls, authentication, or technical restrictions
use the service in a way that is deceptive, abusive, or harmful to third parties

We may investigate suspected misuse and may suspend or terminate access where we reasonably believe a violation has occurred.

10. User content and processing rights

You are responsible for the content, files, HTML, prompts, data, documents, media, and other materials that you submit to Davix H2I for processing (“User Content”).

You represent and warrant that:

you own User Content or have all rights, permissions, and authority necessary to submit it for processing
your User Content and use of the service do not violate any law, contract, or third-party rights
your User Content does not breach these Terms

You retain ownership of your User Content. You grant us the limited rights necessary to host, transmit, process, transform, store temporarily, and otherwise use User Content as needed to provide the service, maintain security, troubleshoot issues, enforce these Terms, and comply with legal obligations.

11. Generated outputs and storage

Davix H2I is a processing service.

Uploaded source files are not stored after processing.

Generated outputs are stored for up to 24 hours and are then deleted.

Because output availability is temporary, you are responsible for retrieving, storing, and managing your own outputs within that availability window.

We may also keep technical logs, usage records, and operational metadata as reasonably necessary for security, support, billing, abuse prevention, troubleshooting, dispute resolution, and legal compliance.

12. Service availability

Davix H2I is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.

We do not guarantee that the service will always be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or available at all times. Access may be affected by maintenance, updates, technical issues, third-party services, infrastructure problems, abuse prevention, security events, or factors outside our control.

We may change, suspend, limit, or discontinue any part of the service at any time, with or without notice, where reasonably necessary.

13. Support

We may provide support, setup help, account assistance, and service-related communications.

Support availability and response times may vary based on plan level, request volume, issue type, operational load, and other factors.

We do not guarantee a specific response time unless explicitly stated on a separate support or service page.

14. Website, API, and integration changes

We may update, improve, modify, replace, suspend, or remove any part of Davix H2I, including:

website features
API endpoints and behaviors
plan structures
limits and quotas
integrations
documentation
dashboard functionality
billing or account-management flows

We may also release new features or discontinue older ones at our discretion.

15. Intellectual property

Davix Labs and its licensors own all rights, title, and interest in and to the Davix H2I website, platform, software, API, branding, documentation, text, graphics, interface design, and related materials, excluding User Content.

These Terms do not give you ownership of Davix H2I or any of our intellectual property.

Subject to these Terms and your plan access, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable right to use the service for its intended purpose.

You must not copy, resell, sublicense, reverse engineer, decompile, attempt to extract source code from, or otherwise misuse the service except as allowed by law or with our written permission.

16. Suspension and termination

We may suspend, restrict, or terminate your access to Davix H2I at any time if we reasonably believe that:

you violated these Terms
you used the service in a prohibited or abusive way
your account or activity creates a security risk
fraud, misuse, or unauthorized access is suspected
payment is overdue or invalid
suspension is required for legal or regulatory compliance
continued access could harm the service, other users, or third parties

We may also suspend access temporarily for maintenance, upgrades, investigations, or operational protection.

You may stop using the service at any time. Account deletion requests must be made through support or the contact details provided on the site.

Termination or suspension does not remove your obligation to pay fees already incurred or affect provisions of these Terms that are intended to survive.

17. Disclaimers

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Davix H2I is provided without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise.

This includes, without limitation, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, availability, accuracy, reliability, or uninterrupted performance.

We do not warrant that:

the service will meet every requirement or expectation you may have
results will always be available, complete, accurate, or error-free
generated outputs will be suitable for every purpose
integrations, third-party tools, or external providers will always remain available or compatible

18. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Davix Labs and its operator, affiliates, contractors, licensors, and service providers will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, business opportunities, or business interruption arising out of or related to your use of, or inability to use, Davix H2I.

This limitation applies whether the claim is based on contract, tort, negligence, strict liability, statute, or any other legal theory, even if we were advised of the possibility of such damages.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the service will not exceed the amount you paid us for the service during the 3 months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim, or USD $50, whichever is greater.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited under applicable law.

19. Indemnity

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Davix Labs, its operator, affiliates, licensors, contractors, and service providers from and against claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable legal fees, arising out of or related to:

your use of the service
your User Content
your violation of these Terms
your violation of applicable law
your infringement of any rights of a third party

20. Informal dispute resolution

If you have a dispute, complaint, or concern about Davix H2I, you agree to contact us first and try to resolve the matter informally before starting legal proceedings, to the extent permitted by law.

21. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Hungary, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.

If you are a consumer, this choice of law does not limit any mandatory consumer protections that apply to you under the laws of your country of residence.

22. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time.

When we make changes, we will update the “Last updated” date at the top of this page. Continued use of the service after updated Terms become effective means you accept the revised Terms.

If a change is material, we may also provide additional notice where appropriate.

23. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unlawful, invalid, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.

24. Entire agreement

These Terms, together with any policies or pages expressly incorporated by reference, including the Privacy Policy and applicable pricing or billing pages, form the entire agreement between you and Davix Labs regarding your use of Davix H2I, unless a separate written agreement applies.
